By accessing or using our website, client portal, or the Wizard Player Android app (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
TW Player provides a media player application and an associated client portal that allow you to connect and organise your own IPTV playlist sources (Xtream/M3U). We provide the software, the portal, and related support — we do not provide, host, sell, curate, or have any control over the stream content itself. All stream content originates from third-party IPTV providers chosen and contracted by you, entirely independent of us.
Payments for the Service are made in Bitcoin (BTC). Orders are considered final once the corresponding BTC transaction has received sufficient network confirmations. Because Bitcoin transactions are irreversible, we generally cannot offer refunds once payment is confirmed, including for change-of-mind. If you believe there has been a billing error, or your circumstances warrant an exception, please contact support — refund and grace-period requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
When using the Service, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful conduct, or misused the Service. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting support.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TW Player and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any losses relating to third-party IPTV content, service interruptions, or the legality of streams accessed through credentials you supply. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
